A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Clearer answers.

A few things worth knowing about the research services and the Android app.

Visit the official services page
What does POSA stand for?

Personalized Objective Strategic Analysis. POSA’s public website describes independent equity research that combines fundamental, technical, macroeconomic and behavioral perspectives.

Are these real trading and payment connections?

Broker connections, approvals, orders, KYC, payments and messages are account features. Broker and payment actions require the relevant credentials and confirmations.

Do zodiac themes predict investment returns?

No. Zodiac collections are optional themes; they do not predict returns or establish suitability. POSA’s services page describes optional zodiac-based theme preferences, while company selection is based on research. Published model selections are research material and are not a promise of returns or personal suitability.

How does the CCAvenue checkout work?

CCAvenue is the only gateway offered . Choosing a service opens the secure CCAvenue checkout. A membership is activated only after the gateway confirms payment.

Can I use POSA on Android?

Yes — download the Android APK from the Android download page. You can also use the website, or optionally install it as a PWA. The Android APK and PWA are separate; the same POSA account works in both.

What happens when a broker is switched off?

The provider is removed from the available client choices and new connections, syncing and order routing are blocked. Existing records are retained. The controls are enforced by the live admin backend and account permissions.

Are returns or financial outcomes guaranteed?

No. Investments involve risk, and research does not assure returns. Portfolio values and prices are not forecasts or assured outcomes.

A little perspective for your next step.

Explore a research service, open the Android app, and keep the decision with you.

Annexure A — Most Important Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions, and consent thereon, are for the research services provided by the Research Analyst (RA), and the RA cannot execute or carry out any trade (purchase or sell transaction) on behalf of the client. Clients are advised not to permit the RA to execute any trade on their behalf.
  2. The fee charged by the RA to the client will be subject to the maximum amount prescribed by SEBI / Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) from time to time (applicable only for individual and HUF clients).
    • 2.1. The current fee limit is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of client for all research services of the RA.
    • 2.2. The fee limit does not include statutory charges.
    • 2.3. The fee limits do not apply to a non-individual client or an accredited investor.
  3. The RA may charge fees in advance if agreed by the client. Such advance shall not exceed the period stipulated by SEBI; presently it is one quarter. In case of premature termination of the RA services by either the client or the RA, the client shall be entitled to seek refund of proportionate fees only for the unexpired period.
  4. Fees to the RA may be paid by the client through any of the specified modes such as cheque, online bank transfer or UPI. Cash payment is not allowed. Optionally, the client can make payments through the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited (the currently recognised RAASB).

The RA will endeavour to promptly inform the client of any conflict of interest that may affect the services being rendered.

  2. telephone recordings;
  3. email from a registered email id;
  4. a record of SMS messages;
  5. any other legally verifiable record.

PMLA policyAnti-money-laundering obligations we work to.

The Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) is an Indian law enacted to combat the offence of legalising income or profits from an illegal source. The Act enables government authorities to confiscate property or assets earned from illegal sources or through money laundering. The burden of proof lies with the accused, who must prove that the suspect property or assets have not been obtained through proceeds of crime. The PMLA provides for anti-money-laundering and anti-terrorist-financing measures to be taken in India.

POSA Research complies with the applicable PMLA obligations, including KYC verification, record-keeping and reporting of suspicious transactions where required.

Be aware of fraudsHow impersonation works, and how to check before you pay anyone.

It has come to our attention that fraudulent individuals sometimes misuse the SEBI registration numbers, Aadhaar, PAN and GST numbers of registered research analysts to defraud investors.

Such actions are not connected to POSA Research in any way, and Nishant Shukla does not authorise anyone to act on his behalf or to use his personal or professional details under any circumstances.

How to protect yourself

  • Verify credentials: interact with POSA Research only through the official channels listed on this site.
  • Be cautious: treat unsolicited calls, messages or emails claiming to represent POSA Research with caution.
  • Check SEBI's records: you can verify SEBI registration and other official details on the SEBI website or by contacting SEBI directly.
  • Never share credentials: POSA Research will never ask for your trading-account, demat or bank-account login or OTP.

How to file a complaint

  1. Inform POSA Research directly by phone on +91 62666 59514.
  2. Visit the SEBI Complaint Redress System (SCORES) at scores.sebi.gov.in and register or log in.
  3. File the complaint with all relevant details about the fraudulent activity.
  4. Attach any supporting documents that could help SEBI investigate.

You can also contact SEBI's official helpline on 022 2644 9000, or by email at sebi@sebi.gov.in.

Investor charter & complaint dataThe SEBI charter, our disclosure, and the complaint position.

The Investor Charter for Research Analysts, issued by SEBI, sets out the rights and expectations of investors who avail themselves of the services of a registered research analyst. The current charter, the analyst's disclosure document and the investor complaint data are available on request from info@posaresearch.com, and are filed with the regulator as required.

Complaint data is updated as per SEBI's prescribed cycle. This page does not print figures it has not been given: the number of complaints received, resolved and pending for a period is published from the compliance record once that period is closed.

Annual audit reportsThe yearly audit under the RA Regulations.

Annual audit reports as required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. The most recent report is available on request — please contact info@posaresearch.com.

Each report is added here as its cycle is published.

Broker & platform separationPOSA is not your broker, and never holds your money.

POSA Research is not the customer's broker or custodian. Broker credentials and consent are account-scoped. The server reads only the permissions the customer and the provider allow; the broker remains responsible for account statements, funds, fills, cancellations, corporate actions and contract notes.

Direct placement, where enabled for a supported provider, happens only after an explicit customer confirmation. A provider response without a broker order ID is never reported as successful. Partial basket results identify sent, failed, skipped and unconfirmed lines separately. Check the broker's order book before retrying.

Customer acknowledgementWhat you are confirming when you create an account.

Account creation and paid checkout require affirmative acknowledgement of the applicable terms, privacy information, risk of loss, separate broker charges, and the fact that a payment does not buy securities. Keep a copy of the version accepted and of the invoice or gateway receipt.

These are the disclosures a customer is entitled to read before paying for research and before routing an order through a connected broker. The compliance page carries the same text with a contents list, so any clause can be linked directly.
