Our role

POSA publishes research and provides a digital workspace around that research. It does not hold customer funds, run a wallet, guarantee performance or promise that a published view will be correct. Where a supported broker route is available, the customer confirms what is sent and the broker remains responsible for execution and account records.

Regulatory identity

POSA currently publishes SEBI Research Analyst registration INH000023579 and BSE enlistment 7112. Registration should be independently verified on official records and does not assure returns or suitability. Read the full registration, conflict and risk disclosures before relying on any service.

How to use the workspace

  • Start with the research rationale, date, assumptions and risks.
  • Check the plan price, tax treatment, invoice and cancellation terms before subscribing.
  • Connect only a broker account you own or are authorised to operate, using the broker’s approved consent flow.
  • Review every order at the broker and retain the contract note. POSA’s interface is not a substitute for the broker’s record.
Research carries risk. No expected or assured return is stated. A theme, risk label or basket name is not a personal suitability assessment.
